For purchases made directly at a Sexy Beast Juice retailers, customers should raise any concerns with the store or their customer service team as soon as possible.
Retailers check the products delivered to the store and ensure they are in good condition before displaying on shelf. Retailers have the responsibility to maintain freshness following storage and display guidelines for the duration of the prescribed shelf life.
8. Goodwill Exceptions
In certain circumstances, Sexy Beast Juice may provide a replacement, credit, freebie or refund as a gesture of goodwill. Any such resolution is made at the discretion of Sexy Beast Juice and does not establish an obligation to provide the same remedy in future cases.
